My fathers last day at school. He was Edwin ‘Eddie’ Jackson of 54 Painswick Road.
He passed in 1990. He was apprenticed with the GWR as a fitter and left the railway as a Shed Master on the Somerset & Dorset Railway under British Railways until it was closed.
